This workshop will lead participants to explore an excerpt from the company's repertoire and experiment with the range of gestural dynamics that Virginie Brunelle is passionate about breaking down.
In her rigorous and precise work, Virginie Brunelle is primarily interested in the human being: their vulnerability as much as their strength, their authenticity and simplicity in their stage presence.
Through the selected excerpt, participants will work on several qualities, including musicality, attacks, elasticity, ferocity, and relaxation.
Compagnie Virginie Brunelle is a choreographic creation company that has worked under the artistic direction and general management of choreographer Virginie Brunelle since it was founded in 2009.
