THE
EFFECT

A razor-sharp play by Succession writer Lucy Prebble, that explores the chemical nature of love through the lens of a clinical drug trial.

Two of Vancouver’s most beloved companies, Rumble Theatre and ITSAZOO, remount this razor-sharp love-and-science thriller.

Cirkus Cirkör (Sweden)
Canadian Premiere
Premium Presentation

The phrase “hanging by a thread” comes to life in Cirkus Cirkör’s colossal work Knitting Peace. The world-renowned Swedish circus company uses the ancient language of spectacle to address contemporary issues. Out of the materiality of ropes, yarn and gossamer thread, emerges something radically transformative, binding us together in a new kind of liberation.
