Join Raya Uma Datta for a special live demonstration inspired by Light on Yoga — the seminal text by B.K.S. Iyengar that introduced yoga to the West.

Created in honour of the book’s 60th anniversary year, this unique evening invites audiences to experience yoga as a living art brought to life on stage. Raya is a senior teacher at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India, and one of the leading voices of the next generation of Iyengar Yoga teachers.

Through demonstration and reflection, he reveals the intelligence and depth of the practice, offering insight into how and why we practice. The evening will conclude with a conversation with Raya.
