Meet Me at the Jukebox
Presented by Concert Band of Kanata
Under the direction of Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Mary Blais, the Concert Band of Kanata brings together more than 60 musicians from across the Ottawa region to celebrate the joy of live concert band music.
This concert shines a spotlight on Canadian composer and arranger Robert (Bob) Buckley, whose music has delighted audiences around the world. In addition to performing several of his best known works, the band will present the world premiere of Jukebox!, a new piece commissioned by CBoK, with Bob Buckley himself in attendance for the occasion.
