Come Toward the Fire 2026

Join us for the fifth annual ʔəm̓i ce:p xʷiwəl (Come Toward the Fire) festival on Sept. 18, 19 & 20, 2026 at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts. Presented in partnership with Musqueam with support from the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund, this 3-day Indigenous event celebrates culture, creativity and community and features Indigenous artists from Musqueam and Indigenous nations across the continent.

We welcome everyone to visit and experience Indigenous music, film, food, dance, storytellers, authors, workshops, performances, and more!
